We are looking for a skilled and proactive Citrix Administrator to manage and support our Citrix /n infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in deploying, configuring, and /n maintaining Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops and related technologies. You will ensure seamless /n access to virtual environments, improve system performance, and provide timely support to /n end-users. /n /n Key Responsibilities: /n • Install, configure, and maintain Citrix infrastructure (Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, /n StoreFront, Citrix ADC/NetScaler, PVS/MCS). /n • Manage and monitor Citrix environments to ensure high availability and performance. /n • Troubleshoot Citrix-related issues and provide Level 2/3 support for escalated incidents. /n • Perform system upgrades, patches, and security updates. /n • Integrate Citrix with Active Directory, FSLogix, and profile management solutions. /n • Collaborate with network, server, and security teams to ensure seamless integration and /n operation. /n • Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and environment diagrams. /n • Participate in disaster recovery planning, testing, and implementation. /n • Monitor usage and capacity planning for Citrix infrastructure. /n /n Required Skills and Experience:



/n • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Citrix technologies. /n • Robust knowledge of: /n o Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops (XenApp/XenDesktop) /n o StoreFront, Citrix Studio, Director /n o Citrix ADC (NetScaler) /n o Citrix Provisioning Services (PVS) or Machine Creation Services (MCS) /n • Familiarity with Windows Server (2016/2019/2022), Active Directory, DNS, and Group /n Policies. /n • Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V). /n • Basic scripting skills (PowerShell preferred). /n • Good understanding of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP). /n • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. /n • Nutanix knowledge is plus /n /n Preferred Qualifications: /n • Citrix certifications: CCA-V, CCP-V, or higher. /n • Experience with Citrix Cloud and hybrid environments. /n • Knowledge of profile management tools such as FSLogix or Citrix UPM. /n • Experience with ITIL processes and ticketing systems /n /n Soft Skills: /n • Strong communication and documentation skills. /n • Customer-focused with a proactive mindset. /n • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. /n • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities
