The role will work closely with business, development, and operations teams to ensure high-quality releases, timely CCR closure, and smooth delivery in a regulated, enterprise environment. /n /n Key Responsibilities /n /n /n
- Validate business workflows, integrations, and signoffs prior to production deployment
/n
- Manage and track internal CCRs / tickets, ensuring prioritization and closure
/n
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for CCR follow-ups and dependency management
/n
- Support project management activities, including planning, tracking, reporting, and risk escalation
/n
- Lead UAT and pre-production testing activities and ensure release readiness
/n
- Maintain documentation for test results, CCR status, and release approvals
/n /n /n Required Skills & Experience /n /n /n
- 12–18 years of experience in release, or delivery roles, application testing, and UAT
/n
- Strong experience in CCR / ticket management and cross-team coordination
/n
- Proven project management exposure
/n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Experience or domain knowledge in financial services, capital markets, trading, or brokerage

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and related tools and technologies
