We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Lab Technician with experience in Andrology and Semen Analysis to join our IVF and Andrology Laboratory. The candidate will be responsible for performing semen analysis, sperm preparation procedures, sample handling, and maintaining laboratory quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform routine semen analysis as per WHO guidelines.
- Assess sperm concentration, motility, morphology, and vitality.
- Perform sperm preparation for IUI and IVF/ICSI procedures.
- Handle semen samples, including collection, processing, and cryopreservation.
- Perform sperm freezing and thawing procedures.
- Assist in sperm retrieval sample processing, including TESA/PESA samples.
- Maintain proper sample identification, labeling, and traceability.
- Ensure accurate documentation of laboratory reports and procedures.
- Maintain laboratory equipment, cleanliness, and quality control.
- Follow laboratory SOPs, safety protocols, and infection control guidelines.
- Coordinate with embryologists, fertility consultants, and clinical staff.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and skilled standards.
- Participate in internal training, audits, and quality improvement activities.





Eligibility & Experience
- B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Medical Laboratory Technology, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, or a relevant field.
- Previous experience in Andrology Laboratory / IVF Laboratory is preferred.
- Hands-on experience in semen analysis and sperm preparation is essential.
- Knowledge of sperm freezing, thawing, and advanced sperm processing techniques will be an advantage.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in a clinical IVF laboratory environment.
