- Solid understanding of LTE/NR PHY Layer, DSP, RF and Antennas
- Expertise in modulation and coding techniques including FEC, LDPC and Turbo Decoding
- Hands-on knowledge of MIMO and Beamforming
- Experience with Complex I/Q Sample Processing
- Knowledge of FFT/IFFT, Channel Estimation & Equalization
- Modulation / Demodulation
- Proficiency in # C / #C++, MATLAB
- Experience with real-time embedded systems
- Exposure to FPGA / ASIC / GPU-based programming

? ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and implement LTE/NR PHY algorithms and procedures .
- Optimize L1 performance for latency, throughput, and CPU/DSP/GPU/FPGA utilization .
- Interface with Radio/RF, L2, and Fronthaul subsystems .
- Debug PHY issues using logs, IQ captures, and lab equipment .
- Contribute to large-scale # 4G / #5G L1 product development, sustenance and customer support .
- Work on different eNodeB/gNodeB variants , including vRAN, O-RAN and custom solutions .
- Review technical implementations and contribute to delivery excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to resolve complex L1/PHY issues.
- Communicate effectively with senior internal and external stakeholders .
