Sri Aneka Properties Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and skilled Junior Site Engineer to support and coordinate day-to-day construction site activities.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist the Site Engineer and Project Manager in daily site operations.
- Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor manpower, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Check daily work progress and report updates to the Site Engineer/Project Manager.
- Prepare and maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPR).
- Take and share daily site photographs and work updates.
- Assist in checking measurements and quantities of completed work.
- Coordinate material requirements and ensure availability at the site.
- Monitor basic civil works such as RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, and finishing works.
- Ensure proper safety practices are followed at the construction site.
- Maintain site records, drawings, reports, and other required documentation.
- Identify site issues and report them to the reporting manager for timely resolution.
Candidate Requirements
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 1–3 years of experience in construction site supervision preferred.
- Freshers with good technical knowledge may also be considered.
- Knowledge of reading civil and structural drawings.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office preferred.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage site workers and coordinate with contractors.
Preferred: Candidates with experience in Industrial and Commercial Construction Projects. Immediate Joiners Preferred.
