- Patient Orientation: Welcome newly admitted patients, explain hospital facilities, provide room orientation, and share necessary details like Wi-Fi codes.
- Department Coordination: Coordinate with nursing, pharmacy, diagnostics, and housekeeping teams to make sure patients get timely care.
- Discharge Support: Help arrange discharge summaries, coordinate final clearances for billing, and explain the discharge process and timing to families.
- Feedback Collection: Conduct daily patient rounds on IP floors, address any immediate concerns, and collect patient feedback to improve service quality
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
