Sanjivani Edge Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic and career-oriented IT Recruitment Intern to support the HR team in identifying, engaging and coordinating with potential IT candidates.
The internship will provide practical exposure to the end-to-end IT recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination and candidate management.
Key Responsibilities
- Source IT candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals and other recruitment channels.
- Understand technical job requirements and identify suitable candidate profiles.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls.
- Maintain and regularly update the candidate database.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, selection and joining.
- Assist in preparing and sharing interview schedules.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and daily recruitment reports.
- Support the HR team in offer documentation and onboarding coordination.
- Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist in building a talent pipeline for current and future IT requirements.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Graduate / pursuing graduation in BBA, B.Com, BCA, B.Sc. IT, Computer Science, Engineering, MBA-HR or a related field.
- Candidates with a technical/engineering background will be preferred.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies.
- Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Comfortable using MS Excel / Google Sheets and recruitment portals.
- Positive attitude with willingness to learn.
- Ability to work with targets and timelines.
