Key Responsibilities

1. Handle inbound/outbound calls with international customers.

2. Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.

3. Resolve customer queries professionally and within the defined TAT.

4. Maintain high standards of customer service and communication.

5. Accurately update customer information and interaction details.

6. Achieve defined quality, productivity and customer satisfaction targets.

Eligibility

1. Education: Graduate / Undergraduate

2. Experience: Minimum 6 months in International Voice / BPO / Customer Service preferred.

3. Excellent English communication skills.

4. Comfortable working in rotational shifts / night shifts.

5. Valuable listening, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
