Role Description This is an on-site internship role based in Kanpur, offering hands-on experience in a fast-paced deep-tech startup workplace. Interns will support ongoing R&D; and product development activities, such as assisting with software development tasks, testing features, documenting workflows, and participating in team discussions.

Daily responsibilities may include researching emerging technologies, preparing technical or business reports, helping organize project assets, and contributing to internal tools or prototypes as guided by mentors.



Interns will collaborate with engineers, researchers, and business team members, gaining exposure to startup processes, product lifecycles, and client-oriented solution design. The role is designed to build practical skills, professional discipline, and an understanding of how technology is applied to solve real-world problems.

Qualifications

- Ability to demonstrate foundational knowledge in software development or data science (e.g., programming basics, algorithms, or web/mobile technologies).
- Strong research and analytical skills, including the ability to gather information, synthesize insights, and present findings clearly.
- Good written and verbal communication skills for documentation, reporting, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
- Demonstrated interest in AI, computer vision, automation, or startup ecosystems through coursework, projects, or self-learning.
- Capability to work independently under guidance, manage time effectively, and adapt to dynamic project requirements on-site.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in engineering, computer science, data science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Familiarity with up-to-date development tools, open-source resources, or cooperative platforms is an advantage.
- Commitment to ethical, inclusive, and problem-centered use of technology in real-world contexts.
