About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Interior Site Project Manager to oversee and manage interior design and execution projects from planning to completion. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of interior construction, site execution, vendor management, project coordination, and quality control.
The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed within the agreed timeline, budget, and quality standards while maintaining effective coordination between clients, designers, contractors, and vendors.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Planning & Execution
- Plan, manage, and execute interior projects from initiation to handover.
- Prepare project schedules, execution plans, and daily/weekly work plans.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of milestones.
- Coordinate with design, site, procurement, and execution teams.
- Identify project risks and resolve execution-related issues promptly.
2. Site Management & Supervision
- Oversee daily site activities and ensure smooth project execution.
- Supervise civil, carpentry, false ceiling, flooring, electrical, plumbing, painting, and other interior works.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, designs, and specifications.
- Monitor workmanship, material quality, and adherence to safety standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and provide progress updates.

Vendor & Contractor Management
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Allocate work and monitor contractor performance.
- Negotiate with vendors regarding rates, timelines, and material requirements.
- Ensure timely availability of materials and manpower at the site.
- Resolve vendor-related issues and maintain skilled working relationships.
4. Budget & Cost Control
- Prepare and monitor project budgets and estimates.
- Track project expenses and ensure cost-effective execution.
- Verify contractor bills, material invoices, and work completion measurements.
- Minimize material wastage and avoid unnecessary project expenses.
- Coordinate with the accounts and procurement team for timely payments.
5. Client & Team Coordination
- Coordinate with clients regarding project progress, requirements, and approvals.
- Communicate project updates, delays, and challenges to management.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, draftsmen, and site teams.
- Ensure proper communication between all project stakeholders.
- Handle client concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
6. Quality Control & Handover
- Ensure execution is in accordance with approved designs and quality standards.
- Conduct snagging and rectification inspections.
- Monitor finishing quality and attention to detail.
- Ensure all project documentation and handover requirements are completed.
- Conduct final project inspection and ensure timely handover to the client.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in interior project management and execution.
- Strong knowledge of interior construction and site execution.
- Good understanding of BOQ, estimation, costing, and billing.
- Strong vendor, contractor, and manpower management skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in commercial, corporate, hospitality, or healthcare interior projects.
- Experience in managing turnkey interior projects.
- Knowledge of civil, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and finishing works.
- Experience in managing multiple contractors and project teams.
