The candidate should be confident communicating regularly with the client in order to assess their needs and be able to adjust a given approach based on feedback. The candidate should maintain familiarity with the interior design landscape and trends in order to provide the best ideas for clients. /n /n Responsibilities /n /n

- Create layouts for various projects

/n

- Meet with client in order to understand the client's objectives and desires

/n

- Communicate effectively with client, vendors and team in order to address client's needs

/n

- Prepare presentations, furniture and material selection, 3d sketchup model for clients

/n

- Create BOQ's and ensure full workflow is followed

/n

- Maintain industry knowledge in order to stay relevant

/n /n /n Qualifications /n /n

- Bachelor's degree

/n

- 3 years of experience in related field Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUP

/n

- Experienced in detailed drawings

/n

- Photoshop and Illustrator will be a plus

/n

- Solid creative and communication skills

/n

- Demonstrated ability to execute
