Key Responsibilities: Lead and set up the company’s new Design Division. Develop and implement design standards, guidelines, and best practices. Produce conceptual designs, mood boards, material palettes, and 3D visualizations.

Select appropriate materials, finishes, hardware, and accessories aligned with project goals. Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, functional requirements, and budget.



Work closely with engineering and production teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment.

Design and organize customer visualization spaces (e.g., showrooms, mock-up areas). Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and material innovations.
