Infrastructure Engineer

Role: Infrastructure Engineer / Senior Infrastructure Engineer

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in NetScaler Load Balancer, Contact Center, and Rubrik. The candidate will be responsible for managing, supporting, troubleshooting, and maintaining infrastructure platforms, ensuring high availability, performance, security, and business continuity.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and administer Citrix NetScaler / ADC Load Balancer environments.
- Configure and troubleshoot load balancing, SSL offloading, virtual servers, services, service groups, content switching, and GSLB.
- Monitor NetScaler performance and troubleshoot connectivity, availability, and application traffic issues.
- Provide administration and technical support for NICE Contact Center environments.
- Troubleshoot NICE Contact Center application, connectivity, integration, and user-related issues.
- Manage and support Rubrik backup and data protection solutions.
- Configure backup policies, SLA domains, protection policies, restores, replication, and recovery operations in Rubrik.
- Monitor backup jobs and troubleshoot backup/restore failures.
- Perform incident,



problem, and change management activities as per organizational processes.
- Maintain infrastructure documentation, configurations, operational procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
- Work with application, network, security, and cloud teams to resolve complex infrastructure issues.
- Participate in infrastructure upgrades, migrations, patching, and technology refresh activities.
- Ensure high availability, capacity, performance, and security of supported infrastructure platforms.
- Participate in on-call/shift support and handle critical production incidents when required.

Valuable to Have
- Knowledge of Cisco SDN / Cisco Software-Defined Networking Administration.
- Understanding of Cisco ACI and SDN concepts.
- Knowledge of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing and switching.
- Experience with enterprise infrastructure monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
