The Implementation Specialist (IS) / New Business Installation Executive plays a vital role in establishing recent group customer accounts within MetLife systems. The role focuses on verifying and confirming that all customer eligibility information and group system parameters are accurately configured for a seamless transition into a claim-ready status.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Retrieve and review sold case documentation (Sold_Case) from WorkDesk / BIZFLOW platforms.
2. Analyze case documentation to determine group account size and specific setup parameters.
3. Perform First Bill audits and execute system adjustments or billing reconciliations as needed.
4.Activate New Business and additional coverage cases within the core billing system.
1. Generate Welcome Call requests to initiate handoff to assigned Account Specialists.
2. Formally complete the New Business case lifecycle for smooth ongoing account management.
Resolution of escalated issues and monthly performance evaluation.
Quality Compliance Analyst
Quality feedback, error auditing, and process compliance evaluations.
Process Trainers
New hire onboarding, process skill updates, and ongoing training support. Team Associates Day-to-day execution of daily transactions and collaborative process workflow.
