Roles and Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end recruitment: draft and post openings, source candidates through job portals, referrals, local networks and consultants, screen applications and conduct first-round interviews.

- Source and hire shopfloor manpower operators, assembly technicians, quality inspectors and stores staff.

- Manage offer roll-out, documentation, joining formalities and induction.

- Run day-to-day HR operations: attendance, payroll inputs, personnel records and statutory coordination.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 3-6 years of experience in HR Generalist Activities or Talent Acquisition role, preferably in a manufacturing, assembly or engineering setup.

- Working knowledge of PF, ESI, Factories Act and contract labour requirements
- An existing network among local ITIs, training institutes and labour contractors will be a solid advantage

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) for data analysis and reporting purposes.
