Hardware Networking Engineer IT Infrastructure Support

Role & Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Hardware Networking Engineer to join our IT Infrastructure team. The candidate will be responsible for managing hardware support, network troubleshooting, system maintenance, and providing technical assistance to ensure smooth IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT hardware
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Perform Windows OS installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Handle LAN/WAN connectivity issues and basic network administration
- Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, and network devices
- Provide desktop and end-user technical support
- Manage IT assets, system inventory, and documentation
- Support VPN, remote access, and basic firewall troubleshooting




- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for IT infrastructure requirements

• Ensure timely resolution of technical issues and maintain service quality

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related field
- 03 years of experience in Hardware & Networking support
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge are welcome to apply
- Positive understanding of computer hardware components and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, IP configuration, and networking concepts
- Hands-on experience with Windows operating systems
- Basic knowledge of routers, switches, and network devices
- CCNA certification or networking certification will be an added advantage

• Good communication skills and problem-solving ability
