Job Title: Governance & Database Operations Engineer – L1

Location: Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Pune

Work Model: Hybrid

Experience: 1–3 years

Shift: 24x7 rotational, including mandatory night shifts (approximately 10 night shifts/month)

Annual Compensation: ₹3.84–₹5.04 LPA

Night Shift Allowance: ₹700 per eligible night shift

InfraVeritas360 is hiring L1 Engineers for an enterprise managed-services engagement.

Role includes

- Database and service alert review
- Initial incident validation
- Basic SQL and database checks
- Ticket creation, tracking and escalation
- L1 troubleshooting as per SOP/runbook
- Coordination with L2/L3/OEM/client teams
- Shift handover and documentation
- SLA and incident-process adherence





Mandatory Qualification

B.E./B.Tech/BCA/BSc IT/Computer Science/Diploma in IT or Computer Engineering.

Mandatory Skills

Basic SQL, database concepts, Windows/Linux basics, networking fundamentals and ticketing/incident-management understanding.

Exposure to MSSQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB or cloud databases will be preferred.

Candidates must be comfortable with rotational night shifts, weekends and holidays as per roster.

This is not a monitoring-only role.

We are looking for candidates with positive technical understanding, documentation discipline and willingness to learn.
