About MyRx

MyRx is a digital healthcare platform providing technology-enabled healthcare and teleconsultation services. We are looking for an enthusiastic and patient-focused Medical Officer to join our clinical operations team at our Kokapet office.

Role Overview The Medical Officer will be responsible for conducting video and audio teleconsultations, providing appropriate medical guidance, maintaining clinical quality, and supporting the operations team in day-to-day healthcare activities as required.

The role requires a doctor who is comfortable with technology, communicates professionally with patients, and can work effectively in a structured, fast-paced telehealth environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct video consultations with patients through the MyRx platform.
- Conduct audio consultations as per operational requirements.
- Understand patient concerns, take relevant medical history, and provide appropriate clinical guidance.
- Assess cases and prescribe medication where clinically appropriate and as per applicable guidelines and company SOPs.
- Maintain accurate consultation records and prescriptions.
- Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, teleconsultation guidelines, and patient-safety standards.
- Maintain professional and empathetic communication with patients during every consultation.
- Coordinate with the operations, pharmacy,



and support teams whenever required.
- Support other clinical or operational activities assigned by the management.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure responsible handling of patient information.
- Maintain punctuality, shift adherence, and consistent availability throughout the assigned 8-hour shift.

Professional Requirements
- MBBS from a recognized medical institution.
- Valid medical registration with the applicable medical council/NMC.
- Strong clinical knowledge and patient-handling skills.
- Good verbal communication skills in English and Hindi; additional regional languages are an advantage.
- Comfortable using computers, teleconsultation platforms, EMR and digital healthcare tools.
- Good professional conduct and a patient-centric approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare operations environment.

Office & Professional Attire
- This is a work-from-office clinical role at the MyRx Kokapet office.
- The doctor must report to the office as per the assigned shift.
- Doctors are required to wear a proper medical apron/coat and professional attire during consultations.
- A neat, professional appearance and appropriate consultation environment must be maintained during video consultations.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
