Job Summary We are looking for a talented Full Stack Agentic AI Developer with strong experience in Python, FastAPI, ReactJS, Generative AI, Agentic AI, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and Power Automate .

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable AI-powered applications, intelligent agents, enterprise automation solutions, and modern web interfaces. The candidate should have strong full-stack development expertise combined with hands-on experience in LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, and Microsoft Power Platform .

Key Responsibilities

- Develop scalable and secure full-stack AI-powered web applications using Python, FastAPI, and ReactJS.
- Design and develop REST APIs and integrate third-party and enterprise systems.
- Build and deploy Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions using LLMs.
- Develop AI agents and conversational solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Design and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) based solutions.
- Build intelligent workflows and automate business processes using Power Automate and Microsoft Power Platform.
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and other systems.
- Develop responsive and user-friendly interfaces using ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Work on AI agent orchestration, prompt engineering, tool/API integration, and workflow automation.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders,



product teams, architects, and other technical teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and improve application and AI solution performance.
- Follow best practices around security, scalability, maintainability, and responsible AI implementation.

Candidate Profile

- 7+ years of overall software/full-stack development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience building AI-powered applications.
- Proven experience with Agentic AI and Generative AI implementations.
- Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio and Power Automate is mandatory.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Must be an immediate joiner.
- Must be comfortable working in either 12 PM–9 PM or 1 PM–10 PM IST shift.
