Job Title: Foundry Maintenance Engineer / TechnicianKey Roles & Responsibilities

- Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of foundry equipment.
- Maintain and troubleshoot melting furnaces (Induction Furnace / Cupola Furnace).
- Handle maintenance of molding machines, core shooting machines, sand mixers, and sand handling systems.
- Maintain shot blasting machines, grinding machines, conveyors, compressors, and dust collection systems.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical faults.
- Inspect and maintain motors, gearboxes, pumps, bearings, belts, chains, and couplings.
- Carry out regular lubrication and replacement of worn-out parts.
- Minimize equipment downtime and improve machine availability and productivity.
- Prepare and follow Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedules and checklists.
- Coordinate with production teams to plan maintenance activities without affecting production.




- Maintain spare parts inventory and raise requirements for critical spares.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, including PPE, LOTO, and secure maintenance procedures.
- Maintain maintenance records, breakdown reports, and daily activity reports.
- Support installation, commissioning, and modification of new machinery.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and energy efficiency.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
