About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Flutter Developer to join our talented development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality mobile applications that meet our clients’ needs.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including back-end developers, UI/UX designers, and project managers, to deliver seamless and efficient mobile solutions. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in mobile app development using Flutter and Dart, with a solid understanding of state management solutions and widget-based architecture. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5-8 years of professional experience as a Flutter Developer, demonstrating a deep understanding of mobile app development frameworks and best practices. Strong proficiency in Dart is essential, along with experience in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

Exposure to back-end development using technologies such as Node.js, .NET, or Java is highly desirable. Candidates should have hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including schema design, query optimization, and stored procedures. Excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently, and a collaborative mindset are crucial.

Additional nice-to-have skills include experience with React Native, microservices architecture, Azure cloud services, message queuing systems, authentication/authorization protocols, and AI agent integration. A background in building or integrating AI agents using APIs and frameworks like LangChain or AutoGen will be considered advantageous.

Responsibilities As a Flutter Developer at Kagool, your key responsibilities will include designing and developing mobile applications that are robust, scalable, and user-friendly. You will translate UI/UX designs into functional apps, ensuring optimal performance across devices and platforms.

Collaborating with UI/UX designers to implement visually appealing interfaces and with back-end teams to integrate APIs and data services will be a core part of your role. You will be responsible for writing clean, maintainable code, conducting code reviews,



and adhering to best practices in software development. You will also participate in sprint planning, contribute to technical documentation, and troubleshoot and resolve application issues promptly.

Staying updated with the latest industry trends and continuously enhancing your technical skills are expected. Additionally, you may be involved in mentoring junior developers and supporting the deployment and maintenance of applications in cloud environments, particularly Azure, to ensure high availability and security.
