Reporting to : Showroom Manager

Role Summary : Responsible for guiding customers to ensure a positive shopping experience in the Bhima showroom.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Adhere to the dress code and presentation guidelines as per company policy.
2. Responsible to Welcome customers with a warm and professional smile, ensure to follow the Bhima’s customer service standards.
3. Collect customer requirements politely, ensuring a friendly and respectful approach.
4. Direct customers to the appropriate sections based on their requirements, accompanying them as needed.
5. Assign available sales executives to assist customers; if no executives are available, escort customers to the waiting area and offer refreshments to ensure their comfort.
6. Communicate customer needs and preferences to the floor manager or supervisor, ensuring prompt assignment of the sales team.

Ensure that each customer is connected to an appropriate sales team member, or escalate to showroom management if required.
8. Responsible for handling sales during high foot traffic and equipping themselves to manage customer needs efficiently.
9. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through clear and effective communication.
10. Ensure children are safe and entertained in the designated area, allowing parents to shop comfortably.
11. Engage with customers to ensure quality service, addressing any concerns or questions they may have after their purchase.
12. After the completion of a purchase, politely request customer feedback to help improve service quality.
13. Thank customers sincerely as they leave the showroom, expressing appreciation for their visit.
