We are looking for an experienced and responsible Floor Supervisor – Service to oversee the day-to-day activities of the service floor. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating technicians, monitoring job progress, ensuring quality work, and maintaining smooth service operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the service floor.
- Allocate jobs to technicians based on workload and expertise.
- Monitor the progress of repair and service jobs to ensure timely completion.
- Ensure all service jobs are carried out according to company standards.
- Coordinate with Service Advisors and Technicians for smooth workflow.
- Inspect completed jobs and ensure proper quality before vehicle delivery.
- Identify technical or service-related issues and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Monitor technician productivity and work efficiency.
- Ensure proper usage and handling of tools and equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness, discipline, and safety standards on the service floor.
- Support the Service Manager in achieving service targets and customer satisfaction.




- Assist in handling technical complaints and resolving service-related issues.
- Ensure vehicles are properly handled and protected during the service process.
- Maintain proper communication between the service team and management.
- Prepare or support daily service reports and productivity updates.

Requirements
- Service experience is mandatory.
- Previous experience in an automobile/two-wheeler service department is preferred.
- Valuable knowledge of service operations and workshop procedures.
- Strong team coordination and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage technicians and handle multiple jobs efficiently.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet service targets.
- Basic knowledge of service-related documentation and reporting.

Preferred Candidate Candidates with experience as a Floor Supervisor, Workshop Supervisor, Senior Technician, Service Advisor, or similar service-related position are preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
