Role & responsibilities

- Generate new export leads through online portals, social media, trade directories, and market research.

- Identify and develop overseas distributors, dealers, importers, and wholesalers.

- Conduct email marketing, cold calling, and follow-ups with international prospects.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with international customers.

- Prepare and share product presentations, quotations, and proposals.

- Convert inquiries into business opportunities and achieve sales targets.

- Explore current international markets and business opportunities.

- Maintain lead and customer data in CRM or Excel.

- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
