Role Description This full-time Executive role is based in Bengaluru and follows a hybrid work model, combining on-site presence with some work-from-home flexibility. The Executive will handle day-to-day logistics coordination, including monitoring shipment schedules, preparing documentation, and supporting machinery movements.

Responsibilities include communicating with clients and internal teams, tracking deliveries, resolving operational issues, and maintaining accurate records in company systems. The role also involves supporting reporting and analysis for logistics performance, assisting in compliance with company processes,



and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives in operations and customer service.

Qualifications

- Strong organizational and coordination skills to manage multiple shipments, tasks, and deadlines.
- Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, email) and willingness to learn internal logistics systems.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for interaction with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to interpret and prepare logistical and operational documentation with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience or interest in logistics, supply chain, or machinery-related operations is an advantage.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a hybrid work setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
