Role Description The Executive Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, coordinate project workflows, and support strategic planning for gsplusarchitecture. This full-time hybrid role is based in Raipur, with some flexibility for work from home, and involves close collaboration with architects, designers, and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities include managing project timelines and resources, monitoring budgets, ensuring quality standards, and preparing status reports for leadership.

Manager will also help improve internal processes, support client communication, and contribute to business development activities such as proposals and presentations.

- Strong organizational and operational management skills, including project coordination, resource planning, and process improvement.
- Experience in client relationship management, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to review project plans, monitor budgets and schedules, and ensure adherence to quality and compliance standards.
- Solid business acumen, with skills in strategic planning, reporting, and supporting business development initiatives.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools and basic project management software; familiarity with architectural or construction environments is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Architecture, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, including team coordination, decision-making, and problem-solving under time constraints.
