Calendar & Meeting Management
- Complex Scheduling: Control and optimise intricate corporate calendars, negotiating meeting requests against high-priority business goals.
Stakeholder Liaison & Gatekeeping
- Inbox Triage: Manage and filter heavy volumes of phone calls, emails, and Slack messages to eliminate operational noise.
Reporting, Projects, & Events
- Document Generation: Design highly polished presentations, board decks, key spreadsheets, and organizational reports.
- Corporate Events: Research venues, coordinate third-party vendors, and manage budgets for leadership offsites, town halls, and client events.
Preferred candidate profile
- Typically requires 4+ years of dedicated administrative support experience assisting upper management or C-suite executives.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a clear knack for diplomatic corporate gatekeeping.
- Discretion: Proved ability to manage highly sensitive personnel, legal, and financial information with flawless discretion.
- Tech Savvy: Deep proficiency with productivity tools like Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace, project management trackers, and video conferencing systems.
