- Lean manufacturing, Line balancing, line layout, Time motion study, line setup for new and existing projects.
- Coordination with customer & fulfil their requirement as per target date.
- New machinery and equipment/fixtures development for recent project, Modification in existing part as Per ECN and PPAP & APQP document updating
Productivity improvement and manpower reduction and VAVE implementation.
