Job Summary The Engineer – Projects will be responsible for planning, coordinating, supervising, and monitoring project execution to ensure timely completion, quality compliance, cost control, and adherence to approved technical standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and coordinate day-to-day project activities and site execution.
- Monitor project progress against approved schedules and milestones.
- Supervise contractors, subcontractors, and site teams.
- Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Review drawings, BOQs, technical documents, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, vendors, and internal departments.
- Monitor material requirements, delivery, and utilization.
- Identify technical issues, delays, and project risks and support timely resolution.




- Conduct regular site inspections and maintain project documentation.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly progress reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and company requirements.
- Support cost monitoring and effective utilization of project resources.
- Coordinate project handover and ensure completion as per company standards.

Qualification
- B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering
- Diploma in Civil Engineering may be considered based on relevant experience.
- 2+ years of relevant construction/project experience preferred.
