nExperience: 3 - 8 years
nQualification: Diploma or B.E/B.Tech with relevant experience.
nKey Responsibilities:

- Responsible to carry out mechanical maintenance activities.
n
- To ensure 100% availability of the machines for production.
n
nResponsible to carry out mechanical maintenance activities for Steel Foundry Division
n
n
- Planning & Maintaining of preventive maintenance schedule.
n
- Procuring spares & Special tool development in consultation with manufacturing engineering.
n
- Track machine down time of key machines.
n
- Planning and execution of erection and commissioning of equipments & utilities.
n
- Take care emergency breakdown.
n
- Controlling down time Controlling cost.
n
- Ensure that the Machine down time is reduced as per the plan and ensure availability of equipments to production.
