About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Performance Marketing Intern to join our marketing team and gain practical experience in digital advertising, campaign management, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Assist with audience research, targeting, and campaign setup.
- Monitor campaign performance and key metrics.
- Track leads, conversions, CTR, CPC, and ROAS.
- Assist with campaign optimisation and testing.
- Conduct basic competitor and market research.
- Prepare campaign performance reports.
- Coordinate with the creative and content team for ad creatives.

Requirements

- Fresher with an interest in Performance Marketing and Digital Advertising.
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads is preferred.
- Valuable analytical and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn and work on live campaigns.
- Good attention to detail.

What You Will Learn Hands-on experience in paid advertising, campaign management, optimisation, lead generation, and performance analysis.
