Role Description The Operations Assistant – Women Yoga will support the day-to-day coordination of yoga programs, classes, and community initiatives for women and diverse learners. This contract role involves scheduling sessions, managing participant communications, maintaining records, and assisting with trainer coordination and basic administrative tasks. The position also includes monitoring online inquiries, helping organize events, and supporting marketing or outreach activities to expand participation.





This is a hybrid role based in Indore, with a mix of on-site responsibilities and some work-from-home tasks, requiring reliable availability and effective time management.

Qualifications

- Robust organizational and administrative skills, including scheduling, record-keeping, and basic documentation.
- Effective communication abilities for engaging with participants, trainers, and community partners in a professional and respectful manner.
- Comfort with digital tools and platforms for managing online classes, email communication, and simple data entry or reporting.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities in a hybrid work environment, and coordinate with team members remotely and on-site.
- Interest in yoga, wellness, or social impact work; prior experience in operations, customer service, or program coordination is an advantage.
