Job Overview
We are looking for a Tender Executive who can independently manage Government and Private Tendering activities, with strong hands-on experience in the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) Portal.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling the complete tendering process—from identifying relevant opportunities and preparing documentation to bid submission and post-bid coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Search and identify relevant Government & Private Tenders
- Handle complete tendering activities on the GeM Portal
- Prepare, review and submit tender/bid documents within deadlines
- Understand tender requirements, eligibility criteria, BOQ, EMD, technical specifications and commercial terms
- Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, technical documents and other bid requirements
- Track tender status, corrigendums, bid openings and results
- Maintain proper records of submitted bids and tender-related documentation
- Monitor upcoming tender opportunities and maintain a tender pipeline
- Coordinate for clarifications, negotiations and other tender-related requirements
- Ensure accuracy and timely submission of all documents
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in Tendering / GEM Portal / Government Procurement
- Hands-on experience with GeM Portal is essential
- Experience in both Government and Private Tendering
- Valuable understanding of tender documentation and bid submission processes
- Strong follow-up, coordination and documentation skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office / Excel
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tenders simultaneously
Preferred
Candidates with Furniture Tendering / Furniture Industry experience will be given preference.
