Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Java AWS Kafka Developer with strong expertise in Java, Apache Kafka, Microservices, and AWS Cloud. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing scalable, event-driven applications, leading technical initiatives, and delivering high-performance distributed systems.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement enterprise-grade applications using Java and Spring Boot.

Build and maintain real-time data streaming solutions using Apache Kafka.

Design event-driven architectures and microservices-based applications.

Develop Kafka producers, consumers, Kafka Streams, and Kafka Connect integrations.

Implement cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS services.

Collaborate with architects, product teams, and DevOps engineers.

Optimize application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.

Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews and technical discussions.

Troubleshoot complex production issues and ensure system stability.

Required Skills





Strong experience with Java 8/11/17 and Spring Boot.

Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka and Kafka ecosystem.

Expertise in Microservices Architecture and REST APIs.

Strong AWS experience with

MSK (Managed Streaming for Kafka)

EC2

S3

Lambda

ECS/EKS

RDS

CloudWatch

IAM

Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.

Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.

Robust understanding of distributed systems and messaging frameworks.

Kafka Streams & Kafka Connect

Terraform or CloudFormation

Event-Driven Architecture

Agile/Scrum Methodologies

Mandatory Requirements

8 Years of IT Experience

Strong Java Development Background

Hands-on AWS & Kafka/MSK Experience
