Key Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative design concepts and detailed drawings.
- Prepare architectural/interior working drawings and construction documents.
- Create 3D models, renderings, and client presentations.
- Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and clients.
- Ensure projects meet quality standards, timelines, and design objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or interior design.
- 2–6 years of professional experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion/Enscape, Photoshop, and MS Office.
- Strong design, detailing, and communication skills.
- Experience with US residential projects is an added advantage.
