Responsibilities

n

1.Full ownership of delivery and pre-sales in a client account ensuring the right balance between delivery

n

of ongoing projects and identifying new opportunities in a client account.

n

2. Manage a team of 40+ resources to execute different projects

n

3. Full ownership of functional, technical, and commercial quality of the project.

n

4. Passionate about going into functional and technical details along with inspiring, participating and

n

motivating the core team in design/solutioning phases. Confidence to collect required details and

n

present the same to client stakeholders.

n

Analysis Skills – Natural interest to analysis and problem-solving. Should be able to analyze business

n

problems faced by the client and suggest solutions.

n

6. Be a true servant leader to the team and win the confidence of the team through regular interactions,

n

qualified friendliness, courtesy, respect, and knowledge.

7. Client Management

n

a. Build customer confidence through detailing, pro-active nature, business value additions and quality

n

b. Conduct regular status meetings with stakeholders and communicate threats identified, actions planned,

n

forecasted dates for milestones, dependencies with client teams etc.

n

c. Negotiate and arrive at consensus on scope changes, change requests etc.

n

d. Study the different businesses of the client company and look out for options for more digital

n

transformation in such areas. Present Experion capabilities and resource skills sets in appropriate

n

forums

n
