Mobilab (by Primary Healthtech) is a National Startup Award-winning medtech company building next-generation, affordable point-of-care diagnostic devices. We're backed by MeitY, DBT, DST, ICMR, NEDFi, IIT Guwahati, SIIC-IIT Kanpur, KIIT-TBI and AIIMS Delhi, and we collaborate with IITs, AIIMS, the Army and global partners to move diagnostic platforms from prototype to scale.

Who You Are

You're a B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech in Electronics & Communication, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering with 3–5 years of hands-on procurement experience in electronics or medical-device manufacturing. You've personally sourced PCBs, electronic components and mechanical parts — not managed procurement from a distance. You read BOMs, drawings and technical specs comfortably, you know your way around import procurement and customs clearance, and you already have a working vendor network.

You are based in or ready to relocate to Noida, and you can join immediately.

What You'll Do

- Strategic Sourcing: Own end-to-end procurement of PCB, PCB components, PCBA, 3D-printed parts, sheet metal, mechanical components, wires, batteries and electrical components.
- Global Component Buying: Source through JLCPCB, Digi-Key, Mouser, Element14 and similar platforms, balancing cost, lead time and availability.
- Import & Customs: Manage import procurement and customs clearance for critical components.
- Vendor Development: Identify, develop, qualify, select and negotiate with suppliers, and manage long-term vendor relationships.
- Supplier Quality: Run vendor audits,



performance evaluations and supplier quality-improvement programmes.
- Planning & Cost Control: Manage purchase planning, lead times, cost optimization, supply continuity and inventory alignment.
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Work with Production, QC and Engineering on material specifications, quality issues and timely availability.
- Compliance & Documentation: Maintain procurement documentation and support CAPA, risk management and audit requirements.

What You Must Have

- B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech in Electronics & Communication, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- 3–5 years of procurement experience in electronics or medical-device manufacturing.
- Strong practical knowledge of electronics component & PCB procurement, plus mechanical/NPD parts sourcing.
- Solid understanding of BOMs, drawings and technical specifications.
- Hands-on experience with import procurement and customs clearance.
- Strong vendor network and negotiation skills.
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ECA, CAPA and risk management as they apply to procurement and supplier management.
- Willingness to work in office in Noida and to join immediately.

Preferred

- Background in Medical Devices, IVD, Electronics, Instrumentation or Automotive manufacturing.
- Candidates who have independently handled NPD procurement.
