Role Description

We’re looking for a Performance Marketer who understands that good marketing is not just about running ads, it’s about understanding people, testing ideas and turning data into growth.

You’ll work on:

- Planning and executing performance marketing campaigns across digital platforms
- Managing and optimising paid campaigns across Meta, Google and other relevant platforms
- Developing audience, targeting and retargeting strategies
- Monitoring campaign performance, CAC, ROAS, CTR, conversions and other key metrics
- Running A/B tests across creatives, audiences, messaging and landing pages
- Working closely with the creative and design teams to develop performance-led content
- Analysing campaign data and turning insights into actionable recommendations
- Preparing performance reports and communicating learnings clearly
- Keeping up with changing platforms, trends, formats and growth opportunities

Qualifications





- 2+ years of experience in performance marketing
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Comfortable working with data, analytics and performance metrics
- Good understanding of funnels, conversion and customer journeys
- Ability to connect creative thinking with measurable business outcomes
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Experience working with multiple brands or industries is a plus
- Familiarity with AI and marketing tools is a plus
