Role Description The Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Trainer will design and deliver interactive NLP-based training programs and workshops for individuals and groups, aligned with Deep Mind Club Ventures’ focus on mental performance and deep work habits. The trainer will develop structured curricula, training materials, and exercises that apply NLP techniques to real-life challenges such as focus, motivation, habit formation, and procrastination. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting on-site training sessions, facilitating live demonstrations and group activities, providing 1:1 coaching support where needed, and collecting feedback to refine programs.





The trainer will collaborate with the psychology and content teams to ensure that NLP methods integrate with existing productivity and mental clarity systems. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune District.

Qualifications

- Formal training and certification in Neuro Linguistic Programming, with practical experience applying NLP techniques in coaching, training, or educational settings.
- Experience designing and delivering workshops, seminars, or courses, including curriculum development, lesson planning, and creation of training materials.
- Strong facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences, explain complex concepts clearly, and lead interactive group activities.
- Background or demonstrated interest in psychology, personal development, productivity, or mental performance, preferably in a learning or coaching environment.
- Ability to assess participant needs, provide constructive feedback, and adapt teaching approaches to different learning styles and levels of experience.
- Comfort working in an on-site, collaborative setting in Pune District, with robust time management and organizational skills for a full-time training schedule.
- Proficiency with basic digital tools for presentations, learning resources, and program documentation; experience with online learning platforms is a plus.

- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, counseling, human resources, or a related field is preferred, along with prior experience as a trainer, coach, or mentor.
