nAt Blueprints Design, we are looking for skilled and motivated MEP Design Engineers with Revit skills to contribute to the delivery of large-scale BIM projects.

nWe welcome professionals with experience in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing or Fire-Fighting BIM modelling who are passionate about multidisciplinary coordination and technology-driven project delivery.

nWhat You'll Work On

n

n
- Large-scale Residential, Commercial, Mixed-Use and Industrial projects
n
- HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire-Fighting BIM models
n
- MEP BIM delivery from Design Development through Construction Documentation
n
- Multidisciplinary coordination with Architectural, Structural and other services
n
- Preparation of coordinated drawings, schedules and project documentation
n
- Clash detection, model reviews and coordination issue resolution
n

nResponsibilities

n

n
- Develop and update MEP BIM models based on approved design inputs and project requirements.
n
- Model HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing or Fire-Fighting services as per the assigned discipline.
n
- Prepare coordinated drawings, sections, details, schedules and documentation from BIM models.
n
- Coordinate MEP models with Architectural, Structural and other building-services models.
n
- Perform clash detection and support the resolution of coordination issues.
n
- Review models for accuracy, completeness and compliance with project BIM standards.
n
- Incorporate design changes and coordination comments accurately into BIM models.
n
- Follow the BIM Execution Plan, modelling standards, naming conventions and project workflows.
n
- Coordinate with BIM Coordinators, Project Leads, clients and consultants.
n
- Maintain proper file management and documentation on ACC or other project platforms.
n




- Support progress reporting and complete assigned deliverables within agreed timelines.
n

nWhat We're Looking For

n

n
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
n
- 2–5 years of professional experience in MEP BIM modelling
n
- Experience in one or more disciplines: HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing or Fire Fighting
n
- Strong working knowledge of Autodesk Revit MEP
n
- Knowledge of Navisworks and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
n
- Experience in developing MEP BIM models and drawings from design inputs
n
- Understanding of MEP systems, drawings and multidisciplinary coordination
n
- Knowledge of BIM standards, workflows and model-development processes
n
- Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills
n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary BIM team
