Role Description

We are looking for a Junior Full Stack Developer with 3+ years of hands-on development experience to join our team in Kochi. You will work across both frontend and backend development, contributing to the design, development, testing, and maintenance of modern web applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain scalable frontend and backend components for web applications.
- Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces and integrate them with backend services and APIs.
- Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and application integrations.
- Work with relational and/or NoSQL databases to manage application data.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues across the full stack.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and ongoing application improvements.
- Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, designers,



and project managers to deliver features on schedule.
- Understand business and technical requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
- Follow software development best practices, including version control and secure coding standards.

What We’re Looking For

- 3+ years of experience in Full Stack Development or a similar software development role.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, PHP, Java, .NET, or similar technologies.
- Experience developing and integrating REST APIs.
- Valuable understanding of SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
- Experience with Git and version control workflows.
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle, testing, debugging, and deployment processes.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a development team.
- Ability to manage tasks independently and deliver quality work within deadlines.
