Key Responsibilities

- Lead OTM Cloud implementation, rollout, and enhancement projects.

- Conduct requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis,
and solution design workshops.

- Configure transportation planning, execution, freight settlement, and rate management processes.
n
- Collaborate with technical teams on integrations with ERP and third-party logistics systems.
n
- Support SIT, UAT, Go-Live, Hypercare, and Production Support activities.
n
- Drive process optimization and logistics automation initiatives.
n
- Partner with business stakeholders to deliver scalable transportation solutions.
