Role Overview

n

Manage end-to-end retail store projects across South and East India, from design coordination to execution and final handover, ensuring TAT, budget, quality, and brand standards.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Manage multiple retail projects from initiation to handover.
n
- Monitor site execution, quality, timelines, and project milestones.
n
- Coordinate with Design, Procurement, Operations, Finance, contractors, vendors, and landlords.
n
- Review drawings, BOQs, quotations, and project costs.
n
- Identify and develop regional vendors and contractors.
n
- Resolve site issues, manage risks,



and ensure timely project completion.
n
- Maintain project trackers, reports, and handover documentation.
n
- Travel extensively across the assigned regions.
n

Requirements

n

n
- 4–6 years of experience in Retail Projects, Interior Fit-outs, Construction, or Project Management.
n
- Ability to read architectural, interior, and MEP drawings.
n
- Robust vendor management, cost control, and stakeholder management skills.
n
- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
