Key Responsibilities
Support debt raising, refinancing and working capital management.
Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, rating agencies and investors.
Evaluate financing options and support capital structure optimisation.
Manage credit rating renewals and coordinate with internal stakeholders for required data.
Review and negotiate financing/security documentation in the Company's interest.
Manage NCD issuances, including IM preparation, stakeholder coordination and regulatory compliances.
Prepare financial information and presentations for lenders and stakeholders.
