Sales Executive / Territory Sales Executive

Role Overview :

We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Sales Executive / Territory Sales Executive to drive offline sales and expand the presence of Paradyes across salons, retailers, and distributors within the assigned territory. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and early-career sales professionals who are passionate about sales, relationship building, and the beauty industry.

Key Responsibilities :
Drive offline sales growth within the assigned territory.
Visit salons, retailers, and distributors regularly to generate business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with salon owners, retailers, and distributors.
Support primary and secondary sales activities and work towards achieving monthly sales targets.
Identify and onboard new salons, retailers, and channel partners.
Execute product launches, promotional campaigns, and sales initiatives at the market level.
Ensure product visibility, merchandising, and availability across assigned outlets.
Gather market intelligence regarding competitors, pricing, and customer preferences.
Coordinate with distributors for stock availability and timely replenishment.




Maintain daily sales reports, visit reports, and market feedback records.
Represent the Paradyes brand professionally in the market.

Requirements:
0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, field sales, or customer-facing roles.
Freshers with robust communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
Experience in beauty, cosmetics, FMCG, wellness, or retail sales will be an added advantage.
Robust communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools.
Knowledge of the local market in Ahmedabad, Surat, or Rajkot (Saurashtra) will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
