Role Overview
Position Title: SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) / Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Lead
Experience Required: 10 to 12+ years of total SAP experience with multiple full-lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementations.
Core Focus: Overseeing maintenance planning, corrective/preventive workflows, and asset reliability integration. [1, 2, 3]
Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership: Guide end-to-end implementation, fit-gap analysis, blueprinting, and deployment of SAP S/4HANA PM solutions.
Process Optimization: Manage technical master data (functional locations, equipment, BOMs), notifications, work order management, and scheduling
