We are looking for a Senior Accountant – R2R (Record to Report) to join our Finance & Accounting team. The ideal candidate should have robust experience in General Ledger and R2R processes, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to support process improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Execute day-to-day R2R activities including Journal Entries, Account Reconciliations, Intercompany Accounting, Consolidation, Month-End Close and Fixed Assets.
Ensure accurate and timely completion of accounting activities as per defined SLAs.
Support process simplification, transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Train team members on accounting processes and domain requirements.
Maintain process documentation, updates and version control.
Ensure quality and accuracy of deliverables.
Identify and resolve process-related issues.
Follow documented procedures and client-specific processes.
Collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate/Post Graduate in Accounting, Finance or Commerce.
CA/CPA/Qualified Accountant or Intermediate Accountant preferred.
Minimum 3 years of F&A; experience, including 1–2 years of General Ledger/R2R experience.
Good understanding of Finance & Accounting processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Positive communication and documentation skills.
Experience in process improvement/transformation is preferred.
Valuable team-handling and interpersonal skills.
