We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Tele caller Business Development qualified with min. 2 years of experience to join our team in Pune, responsible for generating leads for loans and financial services.

Roles and Responsibility
Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs.
Generate high-quality leads through telecalling and convert them into customers.
Collaborate with the sales team to meet monthly and quarterly sales goals.
Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the existing customer base.

Job Requirements
Minimum 2 year of experience in telecalling or business development.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Ability to work in a quick-paced workplace and meet sales targets.
Basic knowledge of financial products and services is required.
