Goan
Comfortable leading small groups outdoors
Robust communication skills in English (Foreign languages a plus)
Physically fit and confident in natural settings (e.g. Swimming, trekking,)
Friendly, responsible, and calm under pressure
Passion for local culture, nature, and storytelling
Prior guiding or hospitality experience is a bonus — but not required

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
