Identify, approach, and establish relationships with banks and financial institutions.
Take ownership of onboarding and managing 10+ banks with Vaahan Bazar.
Coordinate with bank teams, including collections, recovery, asset management, and auction teams.
Understand the bank's vehicle repossession and auction process and establish Vaahan Bazar as an approved/active auction partner.
Regularly obtain lists/details of vehicles available for auction from partner banks.
Ensure a consistent flow of quality vehicle inventory from banks to Vaahan Bazar.
Maintain solid relationships with key contacts across all onboarded banks.
Follow up with banks for upcoming/repo vehicle lists, auction schedules, documentation, and other requirements.
Coordinate internally with the operations, auction, and sales teams to ensure timely processing of bank-sourced vehicles.
Track the performance and activity of each bank and ensure regular engagement.
Resolve operational issues with banking partners and ensure smooth execution.
Expand the bank network and identify prospects to onboard additional financial institutions.
Maintain accurate records of bank contacts, onboarding status, vehicle supply, and ongoing activities.
